Self-Regulation Camp is a 2 1/2 hour camp where participants will have time in the classroom with prevention and education experts from the Family Resource Center to learn about self-regulation and calming techniques.

About the event
In addition to learning about self-regulation, participants will have the opportunity to spend time in the barn, engage directly with the horses, and take a riding lesson! Registration for various age groups is capped at 8 participants per session.
