Special Programs & Activities

Challenged Champions offers several programs and activities for groups in the community.  Some of the different programs include:

Grief Counseling Camps.  Local counseling centers sign up youth participants who have suffered the loss of a loved one.  Challenged Champions hosts these camps and offer several fun and exciting hands-on activities for the campers with the horses.  One of the favorite activities is painting the horses with washable paints!

Boy/Girl Scouts.  Boy and Girl Scout Troops can earn their badges at our facility while learning horse care, nutrition, safety and riding. 

​

Adult Day-Hab Facilities.  Many facilities in the area bring their clients/residents to Challenged Champions for a fun day of horse grooming, riding and fun on the farm.
